✅ Open Parcel Policy

We allow you to open and check your parcel before making payment. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can refuse delivery on the spot — no questions asked!

🔄 Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Damaged or defective products will be replaced immediately
  • Wrong item delivered — we will replace it for free

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item
  • For COD orders, refund will be sent via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items without original packaging
